Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Bank Feed to Sheets add-on ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
The Service allows you to link your bank accounts and manage your financial data directly in Google Sheets. The Service is intended to assist with personal and small business financial management by providing automatic transaction updates to your spreadsheets.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid plans. The free plan includes one bank connection and does not include continuous sync. Paid plans are:

- Billing. Paid plans are billed annually in advance in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Your subscription and its benefits begin immediately upon purchase.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual term, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the add-on, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for; you keep paid features until then, and the subscription does not renew.
- Refunds. Refunds are not automatic. If something has gone wrong, contact support@bankfeedtosheets.com and we will review the request individually.
- Price changes. We may change prices. Any change is communicated before it applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before the renewal date if you do not accept it.
- After a subscription ends. Bank connections beyond the free plan's limit stop syncing, and the associated stored data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Data already written into your spreadsheet remains yours and is unaffected.
- Payment details. Stripe processes and stores all payment information. We do not receive or store your card details.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Google and bank credentials. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its functionality, or attempt to access areas beyond your granted permissions. You are responsible for any actions taken using your account.
5. Data security and privacy
We do not store your banking credentials. Transactions and related financial data are only accessed in read-only mode to provide you with accurate updates. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content, including but not limited to software, graphics, and text, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
7. Termination of service
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms or if we determine the need to do so to protect our platform or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in transaction data or loss of access.
Transaction and balance data comes from your financial institution by way of Plaid, and can be delayed, incomplete, re-categorized, or later corrected by your bank. Treat your bank's own statements as the source of truth, and verify anything you rely on for taxes, accounting, or financial decisions. Nothing in the Service is financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes implies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
