Before you write in
A few details make it much faster to help, especially for a connection that stopped working:
- The Google account you use with the add-on.
- Which bank is affected, and roughly when it last worked.
- What you were doing — importing a range, refreshing, linking a new bank.
- Any message the dialog showed you, word for word or as a screenshot.
Common things we can sort out quickly
- A bank asking you to sign in again. Banks periodically expire connections; re-linking from Manage banks usually fixes it in a minute.
- Transactions missing from a date range. Tell us the range and the bank — posting lag between your bank and the feed explains most of these.
- More than five banks. Write in and we'll sort something out.
- Deleting your data. You can do it yourself in the add-on, or ask us and we'll handle it.
